Refund Policy
At BagyesRUSH Delivery, we value trust and transparency in every transaction. This Refund Policy explains how
refunds are handled for Vendors, Dispatch Riders, and Customers using the BagyesRUSH Glover Application.
- 1. For Customers
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch):
Customers may cancel an order before a dispatch rider is assigned. A full refund (excluding transaction
fees) will be issued within 3–7 business days.
Order Cancellations (After Dispatch):
If a rider has already been dispatched, only the product cost will be refunded. The delivery fee is
non-refundable.
Wrong/Defective Item:
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Vendors are responsible
for product replacement or refund. Delivery fees remain non-refundable.
Unfulfilled Orders:
If an order cannot be completed (e.g., vendor stock-out), a full refund including delivery fees will be
issued.
2.For Vendors
Escrow Protection:
Payments for completed deliveries are held in BagyesRUSH escrow until delivery confirmation.
Disputed Orders:
If a customer disputes a transaction, BagyesRUSH will investigate with supporting evidence (delivery
proof, receipts). Vendors must cooperate in resolution.
Refund Deduction:
If a vendor provides defective/wrong items, refund amounts will be deducted from their escrow balance
before settlement.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Subscription fees, onboarding fees, or advertising payments made to BagyesRUSH are non-refundable.
3. For Dispatch Riders
Delivery Fees:
Once a delivery is completed and confirmed, the rider’s fee is non-refundable.
Cancelled Deliveries (Before Pickup):
If an order is canceled before pickup, no fee will be charged to the rider.
Cancelled Deliveries (After Pickup):
If canceled after pickup due to vendor/customer error, the rider will still be entitled to a base
compensation fee (set by BagyesRUSH).
Dispute Resolution:
Riders must upload proof of delivery (customer signature, photo, or OTP code) in case of disputes.
4. General Conditions
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used.
Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Fraudulent claims or abuse of the refund system will result in account suspension.
BagyesRUSH reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
