Cancellation Policy
At BagyesRUSH Delivery, we aim to provide reliable and efficient service to all users of our Glover
Application. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and any applicable
charges.

- 1. For Customers
Before Dispatch Assignment:
Customers may cancel an order at no cost before a rider has been assigned.
After Dispatch Assignment:
If cancelled after a rider is assigned but before pickup, the customer will be charged the dispatch base
fee.
If cancelled after pickup, the delivery fee is non-refundable. Only the product cost may be refunded
(subject to vendor approval).
Non-Delivery by Vendor:
If a vendor cannot fulfill the order, the customer will receive a full refund including delivery fee.
- 2. For Vendors
Out of Stock / Unavailable Items:
Vendors must promptly update their inventory. If an item is out of stock and causes cancellation, the
customer will be refunded in full, and the vendor bears responsibility for the cancellation.
Last-Minute Cancellations:
If a vendor cancels an order after a rider has already been dispatched, BagyesRUSH may deduct the
dispatch base fee from the vendor’s escrow balance.
- 3. For Dispatch Riders
Before Pickup:
Riders may cancel a job before pickup without penalty.
After Pickup:
If a rider cancels after pickup without valid reason, this may result in reduced compensation and
possible account suspension for repeated behavior.
- 4. General Rules
Frequent or abusive cancellations by customers, vendors, or riders may lead to account suspension or
termination.
Emergency or unforeseen cancellations (accidents, technical errors, force majeure) will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be made directly through the BagyesRUSH Glover App for proper tracking
